We want you to love your Golden Lotus piece absolutely. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

    • Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery

    • Item must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging

    • Only store credit or exchange offered – no cash refunds

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

    • Final sale items or items purchased with discounts above 30%

    • Custom or altered garments

    • Items with signs of wear, damage, stains, or perfume

🔄 Exchange Process

1. Email us at admin@thegoldenlotus.store within 15 days of receiving your order.

2. Mention your Order Number, the item you wish to exchange, and the reason.

3. Once approved, ship the item back to us within 5 business days.

4. Upon inspection, we’ll issue store credit or initiate your exchange.


📦 Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours with photos. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.
